Because our services involve regulatory consulting, document preparation, and immediate work upon purchase, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment is submitted and work has begun, all fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • FDA Food Facility Registration (FFR) assistance
  • U.S. Agent designation services
  • Consulting services
  • Document preparation
  • Application review
  • Email or phone consulting
  • Templates, guides, and digital materials

Our services begin immediately after purchase, and therefore cannot be reversed or refunded once started.

2. No Refund After Submission or Work Initiation

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • We have begun preparing your registration
  • Documents have been reviewed or created
  • Communication with FDA has started
  • You fail to provide required information
  • Your facility gives incomplete or incorrect data
  • FDA delays or requests additional steps outside our control

We are not responsible for outcomes influenced by incorrect or incomplete client information.

3. Refunds Before Work Begins

A refund may be considered only if no work has started, meaning:

  • No documents have been prepared
  • No consulting has been provided
  • No account setup work has been done
  • No communication has been exchanged with FDA

If we confirm that work has not started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus administrative processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are always non-refundable:

  • U.S. Agent annual fee
  • FDA registration assistance fees
  • Consulting or advisory sessions
  • Digital downloads or templates
  • Customized documents

These services require time, expertise, and resources and therefore cannot be reversed.

5. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Lack of response from the client
  • Failure to provide required documents
  • Failure to complete information requested by FDA
  • Misunderstanding of FDA regulations
  • Change of business direction or cancellation of export plans

The client is responsible for cooperating fully with our team.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without following this Refund Policy:

  • Your account may be suspended
  • All ongoing services will stop immediately
  • You may be responsible for administrative or recovery fees

We strongly encourage contacting us directly before filing any dispute.
