1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you:

  • Understand that consulting services begin immediately

3. Pricing and Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

4. Subscription and Annual Billing (For U.S. Agent Service)

If you purchase U.S. Agent annual service, it may be billed on a:

  • One-time annual payment, OR
  • Recurring subscription, if enabled at checkout

If recurring billing is activated:

Your payment method will be charged automatically every year

You will receive a reminder email before the renewal date

You may cancel automatic renewal anytime through your account or by contacting support

Failure to renew may result in:

  • Suspension of U.S. Agent service
  • Invalid FDA registration status for the facility

5. No Refunds After Work Begins

Billing is governed by our Refund Policy, which states:

  • All sales are final once work has begun
  • No refunds for completed or in-progress consulting services
  • No refunds for U.S. Agent annual fees once activated

6. Late Payments

If payment is not completed on time:

  • Service may be delayed
  • Work may be paused
  • Renewal-based services may expire automatically
  • Additional administrative fees may apply

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank without contacting us first:

  • All services will be suspended immediately
  • Your FDA registration support may be unable to continue
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees
  • We reserve the right to terminate your account

Please contact us before filing any dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Invoice Delivery

Invoices and receipts are sent via email to the address used at checkout.
You may request a copy by contacting support.

9. Tax Responsibility

Taxes may apply depending on your location or legal jurisdiction.
You are responsible for any taxes required by your government.
